This made me chuckle. Not out loud. I’m at a cafe and that’d be too attention grabbing.
But a healthy chuckle.
What a beautiful way to put it. Those answers are a social shield. A way of the ego being protected.
No way could it reveal the real answers.
“I’m here because I need money and experience.”
“No where else decided to hire me.”
“I’m 22 and I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing.”
I chuckled because that was me. Except I’m nearly 25.
I still don’t know what the fuck I’m doing but things are starting to seem to fall more and more into place.
The centre of that vend diagram seems ever closer. I’ll get there eventually.
