Start by figuring out where your weaknesses are and get them up to scratch fast. Then triple down on what you want to focus on.

Be careful not to take on too much, if you’re working full-time and have a few other side projects, taking on more might not be the answer. I’d reconcile what you’re currently doing to make sure you can devote long periods of uninterrupted time to learning. Don’t spread yourself too thin!
