As for training, I’m the same mate. My rolling has completely stopped for the past 2 months (the gym is closed due to COVID-19 too).
Since this article though and before COVID-19, I was training 3–5 times per week. My last competition was supposed to be March 22nd 2020 but it got cancelled.
In the meantime, I’ve been doing plenty of callisthenics workouts, staying strong and fit. I plan on coming back to the mat an absolute savage.
Hopefully, it’ll be soon.
After the last competition, I was graded from 2nd dan white belt to 4th dan. So I’m excited to get my blue belt soon.
